Children from local schools and people from Minehead organizations are also being invited to come on Resort for the evening and take part in the challenge.
The broadcast, and record breaking attempt, kicks off a weekend, 14th – 17th November, full of fun and music. The live music doesn’t end with the girls’ concert on Saturday night – the party continues on Sunday evening with live performances from X-Factor’s Same Difference, and stars from Britain’s Got Talent, Signature, Strike, Nemesis and Kate & Gin Julian Highfield, Resort Director for Butlins Minehead said, “It’s great that we’re the venue for this year’s BBC Children in Need’s live broadcast for BBC One in The West and we look forward to welcoming them.
